Garden Maintenance Workshop
Saturday, April 6, 2013
9:00am - 12:00noon
Columbus State Community College
Delaware Campus

Spring is a busy season in the garden.  Winter clean-up needs to be done, roses need pruning, mulch needs to be removed from roses, and more, and all this should be accomplished before planting annuals and other new plants for the garden!  Learn how to approach the garden with a plan, a trowel, and a really big smile.  Spring is almost here!

For students who have not been on an actual job site, this would be a great introduction to how the job is done.

For our volunteers additional knowledge concerning the tools and safety while gardening.

To the green industry leaders, further education in landscape management and discussing the reasons against mulch 'volcanoes'.
